A public, open directory of women who can speak on crypto. Free to use and free to join, with no gatekeeper standing between an organizer and a speaker. Browse it, contact anyone in it directly, and go.
It is also more than a list. Every woman in the index gets a profile that spells out exactly what she knows, media and presentation training, and a community of other speakers around her, including women taking a stage for the first time. Being findable and being ready are two different things, and the index is built for both.

Take the names. Just say where you found them. Crediting the index when you announce a speaker is how the next organizer finds the next one. It is the only thing we ask for.

Insight is the qualification, not stage time. We want women who have never spoken before, and the most common sentence we hear is "I am not an expert yet."

"We could not find any women" stops being a defensible sentence.
The index fixes the first half of the gap by making expertise findable, publicly and without a gatekeeper. The training and the community fix the second half by removing the reasons the answer is no.
Submit a speaker profileSubmission is open. We verify that someone works in or adjacent to crypto and that the expertise described is real. We check that a profile is accurate, not that a speaker is famous enough.
